NEXON is a fuck up i mean they made the game ca and 2 weeks later after the lauach in october in US hacks were out and working and nexon hadn't patched them for about 5-6 weeks almost a month and a half..

If i'am not mistaken if they notify you of a change in TOS and you continue to use the service you are binding with the new TOS. if you dont agree with the new TOS then you must stop using the service.

They have it on their forums, although they have never made it official and it would NOT hold up in court if they were to take it that far, which they know and they WON'T. Nexon is all talk no action and can fuck themselves with a large wooden spoon for all I care. IF you made a new account after they changed it I suggest that you don't HACK their game, only CHEAT as GG2GG stated, although it is a *LoopHole* it would still probably not hold up.

Actually if you read the old terms of service you are liable as it does state that they could change at anytime WITH OR WITHOUT notice..... but i dont really care because even if they do sue..... all they can do is put it on your credit as a debt then they can only keep that debt for upto 4 years..... atleast in my state thats how it is.... so yeah im not worried
