Well , this is available for all pc's
Easy to do . You just need an anti virus software that allows you to block your network .
Right now I'm using McAfee .

While in Game :

Click windows key on keyboard
Click the AntiVirus icon on your desktop /Taskbar etc
Block your network
Run where you wanna run
Unblock the network before 10 seconds or risk getting disconnected

1) Kaspersky Internet Security & Anti-Virus
2) Norton Internet Security 2013
3) McAfee Internet Security
4) Comodo Internet Security

Not really sure if there's one out there for the various amount of different software's listed here . You might want to try out 'Autohotkey' . It might be a little confusing at the first but with a few online tut's on YouTube etc. you might get a hang of it . I will not be making a tutorial for that anytime soon . Good Luck

It could be.pretty easy to compile in a exe but dealing with various softwares from anti virus protectors would be a pain...
