If you want to transfer your WR Korea account(s) to DE, you must register to DE first, then you can transfer upto '3' Nexon WR Korea accounts to DE

all foreign users who can't pass mobile phone verification process or sorts cannot transfer their account(s) to DE.



this is DE's memeber register page, as you can see, at STEP2, you must pass mobile phone verification process!
forget WR Korea and enjoy WR Japan instead!!
