The cheat itself is undetectable, as for the question of one getting banned by using it? Sure. Only if you make it obvious that you are cheating ei:

-Shooting through walls
-Following the enemy players through walls and killing them without an UAV present
-Unbelievable K/D (eg 40 kills and 1 death)

So play good but not too good and die stupidly time to time and maintain a decent K/D and players will have no reason to suspect or accuse you of cheating because the only way you'll get banned if someone reports you

It's like the hack on black ops 1. It wasnt detected for a long time but the people got bannedd were being too obvious

Cause you got reported. The hacks isn't detected. I've been using it for a week now. Not banned. I never get my KD above 1.5 on matches and try to die on stupid ways.. so everyone thinks i'm a retard, not a cheater.

Kaspersky Anti-virus 2013 doesn't like this file :P. If I have it running when i start up the hack, it just gets an error whereas it says that the cod9Magic file is missing.
