Samsung Galaxy S2 White, Problem.

Hi guys, today my Samsung Galaxy S2 (White) got blocked. My little brother, used all the 15 chances of unlocking the phone.. and then it got blocked.. Now it tells me to enter some "Name" and "Email adress" for something, I dont even know why, please tell me how i can unlock my phone again..

Your only other option is to do a factory reset for your phone model. Google how to do it. It will remove all of your settings and possibly all your files once you do it though so be prepared for that.
