No. This not about internet problem but this weapon hack need bypass. I already try and I also get error like your PC. But its not about your internet problem.

I think this is internet problem ! I got this error when i play Blackshot like a normal no HACK , and i see my internet connection is low

Server sided(Real/Original weapon) - everyone can see the weapon you're using.
Client sided(Skin) - only YOU can see it.
After so many post of GS to BP weapon hack, I supposed theres already a working bypass by now... just.. private bypass. :S
