Well, the Kunai's don't have the ability to manually adjust your bass unlike the Px21's which do. They both have 40mm ear cups, but the Kunai's are better looking and are available in 3 colors (white, red, and black).

I'd suggest getting the Kunai though, even though it's slightly more expensive than the Px21's, your budget will do

The PX21's are the same price as the Kunais atm tbh I think I would be fine without the bass booster. @The Hobbit
