For some of you that don't know i Work at Mc.Donalds over night shift 10pm to 6am every night.. been working there for almost 3 months never missed a day, And i work back in Grill.

2 Days ago.. I was feeling sick to my stomach but i didn't wanna call in i thought i could fight it, but i guess i was wrong, when i got there i told the manager that i wasnt feeling good and i think i have the stomach flue. I was in and out of the bathroom violently vomiting and around 12 i asked if i can go home she told me she was like that last monday just fight it.. She doesn't work in grill she works up front and the store lobby closes at 11 and im always around food and making the food.. And here i am sick to my stomach in and out of bathroom.. Im like i really need to go home and get some rest.. she then tells me.. Just grab a trashcan and make a sprite.. I am frustrated right now.. i mean is this bitch retarted? I work in grill i make peoples food im sick.. do you want me to make other people sick also? like use your fucking brain bitch.. again i didnt say that but i wanted too.. so about 1 i am violently vomiting now and i ask 1 more fucking time if i can go home she told me no.. so i just walked out.. Next day they call me and say that i have been let go and that i need to come in and talk with the main guy ahead of the place..

Am i the only one that thinks this is fucking retarded? Yeah i know its Mc.Donalds but shit its money and i been doing pretty good.. Until this bs happen..

I used to work the same shift. Same issue with me. Except I purposely coughed on the food, every customer got violently ill, and when I was asked wha happened I told them I was violently ill and the manager wouldn't let me go home. She got arrested and I got compensation.

Your mistake was walking out. You should have thrown up on the floor or did it somewhere the cameras in the back could see you (we know they have twenty some odd camera just watching the employees.

Also, your manager got sick too at one point, did you eat the food? I got sick from eating the food my third day in and never touched it after. But seriously when you talk to the head guy tell him you were puking and shit and she wouldn't let you go home.
