Some help please... DayZnav add

So i'm trying to add the warm clothing skin on the map (player) and add the item warm cloth on the map too.
i have correctly added the lines in the ArmaEntityList.ccp and now i dont know what i should do with c++ (i've see the tutorial in the original thread of SD but i didnt understand anything), So if an awsome guy can teach me step by step how to do it, think maybe help a lot!
