"Waiting for other players" freeze 20 seconds

Alright so when i downloaded BO2 i played couple games and i see that my game freeze for 20 seconds at the loading screen when saying "waiting for other players" this means i always miss the first round of SnD so i tryed BO1 and now it also freezes ther its very strange cause i never downloaded something els in that time untill BO2 so meaby somebody know how to fix this cause i have no idea anymore after all i tryed and asked you guyz are me only hope i thank you guy'z alot for helping

Yes i have very low settings didnt helped i never have anything open if i dont need so its kinda strange me PC is very good so cant be me PC internet is good aswell 94.83Mbps Download

Hi Diktrom, It depends not on your own computer or internet connection, if you are the host it is it depends how long it take till people can connect to you, you better change your search settings to [BEST] that will find better connections and not people with only bad connection, so you will be the host off the BEST or other people with same speed, try using a tool for clear ur online history and some details just make a .vbs

How specs of you pc ?

Make the game windowed mode, and set the priority in task manager to high or above normal. DO NOT set it to realtime, it will crash your PC

Open task manager, go to the processes tab, right click t6mp(BO2 MP) and mouse over Priority, in the drop down box, click High, or above normal.

Um , it kinda works but it doesent freeze at "wating for other player" but at the beginning when you see the black ops 2 sign ...

I cant change priority in task mannanger it says acces denies

Make sure ur the admin on the computer to run task manager and dont try to set it to realtime it will give you access denied so.... set it to high then it will ask to change ur windows color schema dont do it xD.

yes i checked both i run as admin im 100% sure of that i do this
Open game > Open Task manager > Processes > T6mp.exe*32 >right click > set priorty > high > i get this message do you want to change the priority of T6mp.exe*32? i click change priorty > Unable to change priorty the operation could not be completed. Access is denied. i can only click X or OK

You are obviously not admin

If you are, search on google for a registry cleaner, then find a registry script that allows admin control (some computer have issues with admin usage and shit like that)

After that, run BO2 as admin, then try to set the priority to high again.

Also @Thwart The game will do that, but it's ok, it freezes because it is pulling a lot more power than usual, but once it is unfrozen, it will be fine.

well i used a regestry cleaner i had 1502 error's all fixed and i checked i am a full admin on me PC
and i still cant change it it keep saying me that
