actually you did agree to follow the rules, or else you wouldn't be able to download combat arms, because before the CA download starts a window pops up saying "Do you agree to the what ever it says" and then you have to put yes to download so that mean they can sue you. and anyways you wouldn't know legal stuff, your not a lawyer.
