Help need someone to help me carry my elo up... ( EloHell! )

Hi, i'm pokjm and since i'm playing with retards or with people that think they are good at a specific champion ( but are not, end up feeding ) make me lose hard. I feel so bad and so annoyed. My elo was 1245 and now down to about the 1000's. Please someone that could carry (duo rank with me ) and push my elo back where it use to be. Please Pm or by adding me Pokjm. Honestly, that carry yourself out speech is a load of shit. Yes, some games can be carried. But once you get around the 800-1100 elo range you're getting a mix of newbies, trolls on their way down, and just simply bad players. You will be stuck there because this is a team game, and you have no team. The only way to even remotely solo carry out is by playing nothing but hypercarries mid/top/jungle which you'll get maybe 1/5 of your games.

If someone is 0/3, the worst thing you can do/let is that your team starts flaming this guy.
If someone starts flaming tell him to shut up and play.
If that of "carry yourself up" was pure shit, well i maybe would be in 700's and any Professional gamer could carry smurfs (like Chaox in his marathon)

I agree. Flaming people won't help, but you can't force your other teammates to stop flaming him.
It isnt pure shit. Like I said, you can carry some, but not nearly enough to carry you fully out. You can outplay the enemy team all day, but if you dont have a team to contribute, you wont be able to carry out.

Of course this is the views of someone who has been there for awhile. I've been up to 1250, then back down to 500, then up and down again. You can play as much as you want, but it just comes down to being a team game and you lack a team in 90% of your games. You can go 100-5 but have every other lane lost because your team is clueless.
