Proxycap 3.15 64 bit on Windows 8

well as the title says,does the proxycap 3.15 doesnt support windows 8?because i got a friend here using windows 8 and trying to play the game using proxycap 3.15 in my private group.

also hes using 64 bit.dunno if this is the right thread though
