How to spawn items to kill those bandits?

Hey guys, I just discovered the forums and I want to try some item spawning so I can finally avenge myself against these bandits and possibly help out some other people on the server. Ultimately I am looking to use it for my own satisfaction and I am only playing on nocd servers so I am wondering, how can I do this without getting banned/caught? I would not be doing vehicle spawns all over the place, so can the admin detect the hacks just from me using them? How does it work?

I read about using an updated bypasser but still I am not sure, so I don't want to attempt to run an outdated program and get banned. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i know a couple of people that can spawn for you but it will cost you about a dollar to do it
