I just picked China, do to the fact that most asain countries have better attitudes towards education. I'm not saying other countries are stupid, but when it comes to general population, china, japan, etc. have us beat. Although I'd say that the " SMARTEST " individuals, most likely reside in the US of A....I mean, look at Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, MIT!!!!! Ya, as far as SMART SMART goes, USA wins, but then again, most of the people in those colleges ARE asain lol :P


EDIT* Also, I agree with Jetamay, if you don't really know the inner-workings of an OS, you can't trash it, Windows to me, yes, has had its problems, but so has every other OS, Mac looks nice and has less problems as far as viruses and hackers, but that's because it's not in every convenient store and such, Windows is...this is the reason why it is more attacked than other OS's, because Windows is more widely used, therefore, if someone wants to hack for Credit Card info, passwords, etc. it would be the smarter option to hack Windows, do to the fact that you have more people to hack. Trust me, if most of the world used Mac OSX for the company servers, than it would it attacked more often, it's just the nature of things in the tech world.
