N-Tec 5 is already an automatic weapon, however doing this may result in better accuracy and less recoil. Try setting it around 30 ms delay.

Not quite sure why this could be happening, but it is not due to the hack itself if not even fraps will work. I suggest you take this over to the APB forums.

You have to run it as administrator for any hotkeys to work. APB overrides any non admin programs hotkeys and inputs

i had a problem here i cant even open the file and the errors said :

The version of this file os not compatible with the version of Windows you're running.Check
your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86(32-bit) or x64(64-bit)
version of the program, and then contact the software publisher.
