    Buying 195+ Enforcer, PAYPAL

    Hello,
    I came to the conclusion that it will take a long-ass time to rank up my character to what I want him to be, so I want to buy an account.
    Here are the specs I would like:

    Account has a character like this:

    * 195 rating or higher (maxed out Justin Teng and Orlenz' Morretti)
    * Enforcer
    OPTIONAL BUT WOULD PREFER:
    * Male
    * Joker - NA East server/world
