Loading before match takes really long

Hi to forum viewers ... im having a problem with the performance of blackshot on my laptop ... main problems are that after launching blackshot, it takes really long then before ... and you know the part when u hover on a button when it finishes launching ... it also takes a long time for it to have that click click sound which is also longer than before .... and what i hate the most is that the blue colored loading bar before u enter a match also takes extremely longer than before ... but when in the match its normal but with just a few freezes and lag ... it would take a few matches till everything is normal and running ok .. i tried my best setting my computer to its best performance and downloading performance improving programs but i just dont know why its still really slow ... im now just trying my best to describe those obvious problems ... so all those computer gurus pls help me ... below is my laptop diagnostics report
