Why can't i download hacks ?

I'm new to MPGH and i've seen many blackshot hacks here in mpgh , but i can't seem to download it . I clicked Download and Thanks but i'll be transported to a place for me to log in again and again aand i still cannot download . Many have said that i have to wait for approval , how can i request for one ?

Oh and if i've already asked for an approval , how will i know if i am already approved or not . Please , all you kind souls out there in mpgh . Please help me .
