First of all...Cocksucker isn't a "mod" its lower than an advanced member on MPGH.
And i don't really know if there is any thread that explains that..The abilities of some groups are obvious too...

CS is when people hate you, or just some kid which PMs everyone so you get CS.

Minion - is staff is his own section and can remove/close threads etc.
Minion+ - The same + can see edits and some more.
Admin - Semi-owner of MPGH i think and can do everything like minion etc
Dave84311 - the owner of MPGH and can do all he wants.
Donator - if you donated atleast 25$ to mpgh you get some options to have 200x200 avatar size etc...
Former Staff - Ex minion.
Global moderator - Mod in all sections
Mem lvl 2,3,4,5 can go to another secret section for elite members.
GFX team - wiki editors and site editors is the same as EDITOR imo.
MPGH VS - vip support, but the vip section is deleted now.
Middlemen - Official middlemen
MPGH TM - trusted member
MPGH SP - someone who i too active i guess
Princess - a girl.
Contributor - someone who made alot of hacks/usefull stuff for the community
