FAILED TO DOWNLOAD VERSION.INI

I saw other threads in MPGH and everyone says to uninstall CF and install it again and then copy&paste the code in the version.ini .. i did , in mine but when i start running cf , the code in the version.ini dissapears.
And it says the same thing again : Failed to download version.ini
Help plz

Add CrossFire's folder to your antivirus exceptions...
Allow CrossFire.exe throught your firewall...

1.Open Crossfire folder then Open This folder

Paste This In It

[VERSION]
LatestVersion = 1112
MinimalVersion= 1100
OwnVersion = 5

[DOWNLOAD]
server1 = https://cfpatch.z8games.com/download/

[SERVER]
COUNT = 1
IP1 =74.200.6.133
PORT1 =13008

[HGW]
PORT=16666
SERVER1=74.200.6.161
SERVER2=74.200.6.163
POD1=50
POD2=50

2.right click on version file

3.proprieties
4.General
5.Attributes ---> Read Only
6.Click Apply then OK
