A REALLY late introduction.

Well, my original account was made back in 2008, then this account was 2010. I just now realized that I've been here for 5 years, yet never properly introduced myself to you people. So here's some back story for you ******s. My birth name is Rafael, I was born in Matanzas, Cuba, and grew up there until I was 8. At which that point, we moved to Ft. Myers, Florida where I had to learn English. My mother also thought it would be a good idea to adopt an American name, she chose Dyaln. Got legally changed to that, pretty awkward forgetting what your name is. Then when I was 12, we moved out to the mountains of Colorado, a big change in climate from what I'm used to. Still living there now. For those of you who are wondering about the 97 in my name, that was the year my brother died in an accident on the local train tracks. I never really got over the pain. He meant everything to me and I signed up for a website forum for people grieving with lost family a few years back with 97 in my username. It just kinda stuck and I've been using it ever since.
