You still wont find a decent bmx under 250 euro . and most people here already have a bike so yeah ...
and a specialized racing bike is 2000+ euro .

I would suggest: "Phone"

Why?
Because you can easy take it with you around.
I don't think you're going to use it for anything "useful" so why not take something that's easy to take with you and play on?

Tablets tend to be "big" and not that easy to take with you everywhere. While a phone you do.
+Tablet isn't that powerful, go for one of the new "laptops" instead, that are almost the same as tablet, but stronger and easier to use.


I got a tablet, but I only used it in the start. Now days, I only use it to check some simple things on the net, and to play on.
Beside that, I use my phone. (I don't play on my phone, because the games I enjoy, aren't that good for small screens.)


So again, it all comes o your usage: fun and Net = Tablet
Easy to take around and play games and more = Phone
