Where would I activate a OA key?

I bought a OA key but I cant figure out where to activate it. I am totally clueless, steam doesn't accept the key but darky's key changer said it was valid. Could someone please reply with a quote or pm how to use this key, thanks.

Theres nothing to elaborate on, all you do is download 'Darky's keychanger' then you change it using that, it's pretty self explanatory.

But then what, I am absolutely clueless, I cannot find a launcher to download the game, please add me on skype :/ if you cannot that is fine, thank you for the help though.
