3. Try to write a comment on the vid -> Not possible, thats why there are just good comments.
4. Download yourself and check it with your local Antivir or/and Virustotal

Steam doesn't do Security.
That's what's VAC is for .

Also, if there was a map-hack made, it would probably have been publicly released by now!

Dude, that's a replay. When he presses "insert" he has already pointed the camera to the grass because it is hard to time the transition from his real gameplay to the replay. There are mistakes in which he made with the fog of war settings. Such as turrets are seen when it should in reality follow the actual players, and not the base etc.
