try to install microsoft visual C++ runtime library x64 2010 (you have x86)

Disable DEP. That'll be the only other reason why it crashes, well besides admin privileges and not having the C++ runtime library installed.

just installed C++ 2010 x64 this morning, check .exe program to run as admin, but still cant managed to run the hack, no menu appeared after injecting. my sys is win7 ultimate x64..

You used Winject? If you did what error did it give? Read my post above and try that. Those are the only reasons why it would not work.
No fking idea where @mwxplayer got the idea you need to install the .NET Framework on a C++ built DLL...Guess that goes to show how much he knows.
FYI people, .NET framework is required by programs running under the .NET framework itself (C# and Visual Basic) ... C++ only requires the C++ Runtime a libraries (Depends, might need client and server editions)

Also, you need to install BOTH the x68 (32-Bit wide processors) and x64 (64 Bit wide) versions for an x64 PC. But I believe unless he compiled it for 64 bit PCs it won't be required, but you better be safe than sorry . Install libraries released to be safe (There's a shitload. I'd recommend installing Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate (2012 gives issues) as when it's being installed it installed all the runtime libraries you need.
Finally disable the Data Execution Prevention (google is a lovely resource) on the iw5mp.exe executable. Then start iw5mp.exe as an admin, start Winject also as an admin and inject it. Should work. If it doesn't, I'll personally drop by your house and kill your PC
