That's what everyone says when they know they hacked. Other thing you can do is Submit a ticket to Nexon and wish you will see your account back again, but if you hacked trust me you won't get it back.

It means your account is permanently banned. The best you can do is submit a ticket and appeal your ban, but its not guaranteed to work.
