He's not staff, he's former staff. And I think to common knowledge all you had to do was either tell him to stuff it or (since you claimed you couldn't find the report button) message a minion/mod/gmod/admin about it.

Jason isn't even staff. So this is not staff dispute related. If you got an issue with a post, report it. Simple as that.
