Revolution update ban us?

Someone told me the revolution upd will ban us.. is it true??

the banhammer warning? its just a message of the day and changed 3 times over the past months..so its just a notification thing..

On Topic: why should they banwave us if they have TAC (manual ban) and VAC (delayed ban)? they ban if they want to..so this is bs imho

It could and couldn't be honestly. With there being 2 lines of anti-cheat, TAC and VAC3, there are many ways they can ban users. TAC can do probations and perma bans manually or delayed where as VAC3 is a delayed system as to knock out a large chunk of the community at once. The 1st dlc pack revolution is to be released on Jan 29 for XBOX360 then a later date for PS3 and PC, as it always has been. If a mass ban hammer is issued at the time of the PC release it may be just coincidence for the VAC3 system to issue bans on that day or it may be planned, who can really know. If it does come down to a ban hammer on the DLC date then it is a TAC and VAC3 collaberation and not a individual company.

They were banning people right from the start of the launch, update is for updating purposes - new maps, game modes, peackeeper (MP Gun which is a combo of SMG / AR).
