Submit a NEW ticket, and they will answer you, they are closing month old+ tickets due to their backlogs.
Hint: Make it short, and to the point. GM's don't like long tickets. Try to say you got hacked, convince them to check IP's, they'll just give you another chance. Worked twice so far.
