I dont know if im banned for perm or not :(

Hey guys, i have never hacked on my acccount called Sincerity- but i logged in yesterday and it said my account was in violation of the terms of use and was hereby suspended. I still have my rank, CSM , and im not on the CBL or wall of shame. I have sent in 2 tickets and Nexon has replied back to me. this is what it said:

If it states suspended, it is not perm. However, at least you have gotten a response. I first joined Nexon in 2008---I have 3 tickets that get resent every 9-11 months because they are closed with no response after nearly a year, so I just keep resending them. Not one has had a response since December of 08.

EDIT : Also, if it is a temp suspension, usually after a day or so, you will get a message when logging into the game stating how much longer the suspension is in place.

If you didn't break the rule, you won't be. "I've sent the ticket to another department" = delaying ban \ Delaying having to read it for another week or two.

Depending on why, your chances of being permed / temp'd are 90/10

its nearly been about a day since i got banned so ill login in a few more hours or maybe try it tomorrow and see if it gives me suspension for a period of time. And do i get taken off the rankings if im suspended?

You're banned, just wait for a reply back if you have submitted a ticket if they see you never hacked they will give your account back.
