No. EU Nordic/East players are trash, EU West players are completely fine. Just think of M5, they're from EU.

I'm up for it! My play style is pretty versatile as I'm happy to play anywhere really although I'm not a fantastic jungler but at the same time I'm not bad, also I need to invest in some decent adcs as I only have graves who isn't great atm but I'm cool with top mid and supp/tank

You can't drop tiers o0
If you already achived gold, you can't drop anymore to silver, even if you loss 10000 games in a row.
You can ONLY drop divisions, like dropping division II to III.

thats not what i meant ._. i wanted to say preseason gold and i got into silver
