In the general gist of trading, quite a lot has happened. while scammers haven't changed, and it's been mainly the same ones coming back on alts.
However, Z8Games now have many spies and are banning accounts that are provided on thread with proof.

In the area of hacking,
well, if anything, the quality of hacks has gone down by far, i've seen nothing that can beat the MPGH VIP From 2010. Now it's mainly simple auto ons with a few features, occasionally a D3D release.

In the area of Game modes,
Zombie Mode:
A Game mode that consists of 3-4 players, The objective being to kill every zombie per round. at the end of all rounds (Round 20 or 30 depending on difficulty) you verse a boss. There are zombie reward crates depending on your score, there's Bronze, Silver, Gold and Crystal.

Ghost Mode(Can't remember when this one came out):
Ghost mode is my main mode, i love this shit.
Ok, so it's pretty much like an S&D, except the planting/attacking/BlackList team is invisible, except for movement, of which he will become temporarily visible. The ghost (planting, etc) only is able to have meelee's and has rather loud breath (Very helpful if you can pinpoint).

Hero Mode X:
Whilst i do love this mode, i'm not very good at it (I own as commando's tho).
I don't think i have to explain this mode :/ you seem to have played it.

Oh, and Crossfire has lately been somewhat hackfree, except for the occasional noob sewers or egypt rooms.
