Black Ops 2 doesn't run

Hi!
I have a problem with Call of Duty Black Ops 2 game. When i try to start the game nothing happens (game doesn't start). I reinstalled the game but it doesn't solve the problem. I also checked the local files and drivers and the game still not working ;/. I wasn't using any hacks, glitching or something. I used to play the game 3 days ago but on wednesday i got a problem. Thanks for your help.

Does the game also not start when u press right mouse button on steam in the right bottem corner? So do not use the desktop shortcut

Game is bought from the store. I validated integrity of cached files and ran game as admin but it doesn't help ;/ I will check my firewall.

Check if your PC can run it, or run steam and BOII as Admin, this should start the game, had the same issue for a week ago and i just validated my cache and ran the game as admin!

Checked if there are any files missing ? Checked for driver updates ?

Checking for files missing he might talking about checking game cache, that's only possible with the Steam version
