Open your version.ini file, then C+P this code into that, then save it:

[VERSION]
LatestVersion = 1116
MinimalVersion= 1100
OwnVersion = 5

[DOWNLOAD]
server1 = https://cfpatch.z8games.com/download/

[SERVER]
COUNT = 1
IP1 =74.200.6.133
PORT1 =13008

[HGW]
PORT=16666
SERVER1=74.200.6.161
SERVER2=74.200.6.163
POD1=50
POD2=50

If that doesn't work, then just simply re-install.

AFTER YOU do what @InReplay told You
Don't forget to right click Version.ini then press properties and Press read ONly then press Ok
I had the same Problem and Now it's FIXED :3
