No, the messages are saved in your main.db file on C:\Users\PC\AppData\Roaming\Skype\[username] for both person that were in the chat. The messages won't get deleted unless you delete that file. So, a middleman doesn't have to delete it. If the other person deleted the chat logs, you will still have it on that file.

Doesn't have that option anymore. No "Edit Message" option when you right your sent messages.

The option is still there.. Within a "1 hour time frame" as i stated before, it can be removed.
