I have been clean every since I made this account and have not even attempted to scam once. I know it's hard to believe, and I don't believe that victim is still here as a member, If I knew who he was I would pay him back for any damages done to him. I'm wondering if i'm able to come back blacklisted even.

You're going to have to refund your victim(s) to begin with.
Once you've done that, you can speak with Dave or myself about an unban + Blacklist.
