    Exclamation I NEED HELP!!

    Guys ! Yesterday i redeemed my snowzilla and it was successful but when i am redeeming my lancia delta integralle rally car .. an error occurred and after a few minutes the car were gone .. even in my gifts section on nfsw web page .. can i still retrieve that or is it lost forever ? i need help and suggestions if it still can be retrieve ... Thanks !
