"I cant download this hack"...wait for it

I for one am a bit tired of all the people saying why cant i download/ this link doensnt work/ broken. i think its time we made a change on how the hacks are prezented. in the title we should have a symbol or even the words that means its not aproved by a mod yet and then when a mod does come along He or she(as far as i know thats liz) can remove or add a new symbol that will show all people looking over the threads which one is aproved and which one is not. If anyone has anymore ideas to get rid of this problem please feel free to share them below! thanks
