I distribute Wax concentrates for local clinics around California. I completely agree. There's a clinic that opened up down here that has a hash bar inside. Couple of weeks ago, a person who was walking into the clinic was hit by a car that was leaving the place. It encourages DUI's and already is an issue.

Someone blatantly not paying attention to traffic does not equal DUI. If someone is willing to smoke and then drive, they are also willing to drink and then drive. Either way, it is NOT the substance that "encourages" driving under the influence of any substance, it is the PERSON who DECIDES to submit themselves to such actions. A smart person will make smart decisions. Marijuana does not impair a persons frontal lobe, or in other terms, the area of the brain where rationalization and common sense occur. There is no excuse for said person, whereas with any other drug out there that causes psychadelic effects, the persons frontal lobe is inhibited. Your argument is invalid.

If iy was an American study it can't be held probably. Every statistic I've found American based has been in low income areas. However, I do agree it should not be available under the age of 21 personally. Children need to focus on their studies, not getting high.

Weed helps people think clearly and can concentrate better. Just because you are scared to smoke it and want to listen to your parents then be that. Now, you should stop hating on weed. Why have a substance out there that causes people to lose balance, start fights, and constantly act like a dumb ass instead of a HERB, yes HERB, that causes you to relax, be calm, and can think clearly? If you cannot handle weed, do not smoke it simple as that. When I get high, I do it the day before I go to school with tests, and I end up passing all the tests with As, while I didn't smoke, I would fail them. Legalize it, and people who don't think it should be should just quit.

Ricin is an herb, but a dose the size of a grain of salt can kill a fully grown man. I myself smoke weed rather regularly, and have no problem with it. But just because it is a natural herb does not make it safe.
