how to get around admin ban?

Hi,
we all know you can get around global bans by changing your key,
but what about admin bans, they seem to ban you by something other than your registry key (sometimes).
Are they going by IP address, or even MAC address?

Sometimes it's just the key (moreso the GUID). Just switch it out and change your name for obvious reason. Sometimes it's an IP ban along with your GUID. Just change out your IP and key. And sometimes it's an HWID ban n which case...well uhh...reformat...but even then, sometimes that doesn't work

Also, several threads have been about the same thing (How to get around a ban). Next time I suggest doing a bit of digging or else people like myself will bitch at you.

Restarting your modem + router usually changes your IP.
If that doesn't work, you can always google how to change your IP.
Also, for extra measure, make a new ArmA 2 Player Profile to get a new PID.

EDIT: Re-installing the game works for some as well.

Reinstalling your game doesn't do anything...

You will have to change your IP and your CD Key probably.
