First off you have to be member and then you go in your email for the account and search aq in folder and look for a mail when you bought member hope this helped

You gotta purchase somethong on AE, and when you purchase it, a transaction id is sent to your email

Transaction ID's only work for Purchases of Memberships or AC's

If you had your account (AQW) linked to a portal.battleon.com account.. then you can get the account back by sending support a message saying that the account has been stolen BUT the account is linked to YOUR portal.battleon account. (provide the password and username to support for proof.)
