i dont know if anyone have the same problem but as i see this doesnt work for me when i press lock all lock but when i press unlock it unlock only those which i have unlocked before and i am 55 level so all weapons are unlocked

Are you no prestige? That maybe the problem

Me too Unlocked all of the recticles that require standard kills but not those which require Headshots, Double Kill Medals or Longshot Medals to acquire them.
