    Countries IP-Block round without special soft.

    For first sorry for my english.

    Probably this information not new, but it can help someone:
    Many countries have ip block and to play it is necessary to have the program of substitution of the address.But there is a way play without its soft.
    Disconnect the Internet, start game, to appear an error message "Failed ini version". DON'T PRESS the button,then turn internet on and press "OK" on message box.Game will start.
    I know its not so conveniently, but to someone can be useful.
