Are you serious?

I'm seeing, time and time again, people getting pissed off because they have a virus.

If you didn't know these tips by now, and you still don't have a virus, you're one LUCKY bastard.

1) Conduct your OWN virus scans- This is very important. If you don't have an AV, get AVG, Kaspersky, or NOD32. Norton is the most paranoid AV system ever. STAY AWAY FROM IT. I'm most familiar with AVG, and I know for sure you can add exceptions to specific directory, so it can come in handy with a hack packed with Themida.

2) Use your own injectors-Find a tutorial online on how to make one. It's really very simple.

3) Google any questions you have- If it's specifically about a hack, and it's not getting much press, don't download it, it's probably a virus. If it IS getting press, read the first two pages, and the fifth and the sixth. You'll get a rough idea of how the hack is, and you'll probably get your question answered.

4) READ THE BLOODY COMMENTS-If the people posting aren't very happy, get the hell off the thread.

5) Look at the damn file size-Most SIMPLE hacks are around one megabyte. If the hack offers an aimbot, fly hack, and some other crap unheard of to man, don't download it. Post a comment proclaiming its bullshit, and leave.

6) Read the hack descriptions-If the hacks are server-sided, he's lying. Wait for someone like me to flame him, or do it yourself. Better get your two-bit in before a mod closes it.

7) If the OP posts technical jargon, and has poor grammar, DON'T DOWNLOAD IT- Watch the thread for an imbecile that tries to download the hack, and gets a virus. I'll usually find it, and flame the hell out of the guy, shredding his credibility(But you shouldn't because its against the rules)

8) Learn the tricks of the trade-If someone posts a hack posted before, and the file sizes DIFFER, look at the comments on the pages. Compare them. If a thread is new, wait for comments to appear.

9) If there are a few pages, read through all of the comments-If the poster of a virus is a big enough of a jerkoff, he'll make zombie accounts. Look at the date the people who post positive comments joined. If it's on the same day it was posted, it's probably BS. Leave the thread. Same concept on other threads, check for credible posts. If the poster is literate, and has a high post count, he's most likely someone to listen to.

I will be adding to this as I deem fit. Mods can add to this, too. I really feel this should be emphasized. Hoping for a sticky.
