How they know that.

Hello, sometimes when i report a player, he says "why u report me?" or "OMG u reported me noob".
My question: How they know that? How can i know if someone report me?

if you press the insert key on ypur keyboard you can see the name of the last player you have written with/the last player who has reported you or invites you.
if the name is from someone you are ingame with he has probably reported you
