Basically a Custom item spawn with a list of ID's and you can select how many you want to spawn like magazines.

could it be possible to make a command that enables vehicles to appear to other players? because some servers you cant teleport people so i have to find a vehicle for my friends. :/

Then use the "spawn custom magazine" option, only instead of spawning a mag, spawn any other item using the item IDs.
