Hewwo!
DayZ Origins has a 13-server (with more coming) hive running the new DayZ Origins mods. They've opened up applications for administrators to monitor their servers and ban cheaters.
Since we're some of the most qualified people when it comes to dealing with ARMA scripting and BattlEye issues I thought it would be good to let everyone know and give them a chance to try out for a position.
See the news section of their forums for the application form.
Also, if you aren't familiar with DayZ Origins, it is just the DayZLand.EU Taviana with some new things. As for administration, it isn't very different. Remote Bypasses or scripts that use the DayZ login publicVariable's won't work any more because they changed. You can compare client_monitor.fsm (in dayz_code.pbo) between DayZ Origins and DayZLand.EU to see what changed. The functionality isn't different though; just the names. Maybe they now have publicvariable.txt rules for the old names.
They are also talking about a hive-wide blacklist system and publishing it for other servers to use.
Stay cool
