I had one too, got blocked for trading it, it was an originial account, like i literally bought it myself and won it myself.

Z8 games' hours is from about 10:00 AM EST to about 5:30 PM EST

Please note that Z8 has updated their rules on account recovery, these can be seen here: Z8Games - Terms and Conditions

Z8 games' is only going to answer your support tickets from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes when supports are busy it may take more than a day to reply, most of the time though it will take 3 to 4 of z8's buisness hours to reply. Hope this helps
