am trying to get the Technic cracked working but and i have created a account with minecraft but the username is a email does that matter when yu logging in the cracked Technic launcher?

Yeah, if you download a cracked Technic launcher, you don't need a password. You can login with any username you want. Though, if you wanna join servers, the server has to be cracked in order for you to be able to join. If you wanna play Singleplayer go ahead because it doesn't matter. Cracked just means there's no password required and you're able to log in as anyone. It's free; but if you wanna play online, the server also has to be cracked for you to join.
